How it works:
Fill in all the fields with valid entries and press the "Submit" button. The account will be created after our staff check the submission. For verification you will be called during office hours, or just after you have created the account on the same day, so please make sure you enter both telephone numbers where you can be reached during and after office hours.

If the information is not reliable, the account will not be created, and a note will be send to you. Payment can only be done via Credit Card due to the fact that this facility has been abused quite a bit.
